DBS Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Handmade to Order  
Every DBS piece is handmade when you order it. No mass production. This allows us to maintain quality and keep waste low.

The Pre-Order Process  
When you place a pre-order, here’s exactly what happens:
Order Placed: Your order is confirmed and enters our production queue.
Handmade Production: Your piece is crafted by hand. Please allow 10-21 business days for production.
Quality Check & Packaging: Each item is inspected and packed in DBS packaging.
Shipping: You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Total estimated delivery time = 10-21 business days for production + 3-7 business days for US shipping.

Shipping Times  
US Standard: 3-7 business days after production  
US Expedited: 2-3 business days after production  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.

Order Updates  
You’ll get an email confirmation when you order, and another email with tracking when your handmade piece ships.

Please Note  
Because each item is made just for you, we are unable to cancel or change orders once production has started.  
Processing times may be longer during holidays and high-demand drops.
